History: He used to be the aide of Robert Galeran, until the post of Chief of Rescue was abolished when Mr. Galeran retired. During his college days, he met Stephen Farlowe, who would later become the Human Representative in the World Council. He became the Prime Guardian when he was 28, thus being the youngest to achieve that post. Some speculate that Counciller Farlowe had a hand in his nomination. In any case, he excelled himself as the Prime Guardian.

Ficverse: Prime Jennings wants to stop the various hate attacks, but he feels that the bureaucratic route takes too long. Thus, he sometimes takes matters into his own hands. Nothing illegal, just unconventional. Alpha group is unofficially his "crack team" in the fight against racism.

Hacking Ability: He can probably hack passably well, but he never does it, since he can always get the information he needs through legitimate means.
