History: Thomas Burke joined the Guardians as soon as he was old enough and soon proved his mettle. He excelled in his work, twice impressing his tough-as-nails commander, Major Gordon. Soon, however, after Major Gordon was KIA, Burke was promoted to lieutenant and given a special assignment. The assignment was in the Guardian Special Liaisons, giving him discretionary privileges in times of crisis and access to almost anything in the scope of his assignment. Lt. Burke was assigned to Project Metaverse Administration at the Teracomputer. In February 2499, Burke's position made him the target of the anti-User group the Crimson Claw, which sought to steal access codes to the Teracomputer from Burke. He was rescued by a mercenary team headed by Nathan Justice.

Character: Burke always wears his Guardian uniform, since his assignment doesn't usually require undercover work. He is tall and gangly, with straw-blond hair and green eyes. He has a slim face that has faded scars, left over from his encounter with the Crimson Claw. He wears his keytool, Cron, on his right wrist.

Hacking Ability: Standard. Burke doesn't need to do much hacking, actually, since his access privileges give him the ability to get in pretty much anywhere.
